In-Clinic Appointments:

1. Initial Consultation (up to 90 mins)

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, in-depth appointment designed to fully understand your health story and to help identify the underlying causes of your symptoms.

​

We begin with a detailed discussion of your current health concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. I take the time to ask lots of questions so I can build a clear picture of how your health has developed over time and what may be contributing to your current symptoms.

​

Where relevant, I will also review any existing blood test results prior to your appointment. I assess these using optimal or “functional” ranges, which are often narrower than standard medical reference ranges. Additional blood tests or functional testing may also be recommended if needed.

​

During the consultation I will carry out testing, including Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA), a form of muscle testing using applied kinesiology. This, along with other assessments where appropriate, helps to further identify areas of imbalance such as nutrient deficiencies, stress on body systems, or underlying dysfunction.

Your supplements will be prescribed at this appointment. Please note the cost of supplements is additional.

2. Comprehensive Testing – Food Intolerances (60 mins approx.)

It is also important for good health that you aren’t eating foods that you are intolerant to. Food intolerances are extremely common and cause inflammation and can compromise your health on a daily basis. In this appointment Pauline or I will assess your food intolerances using the Quantum Reflex Analysis system. We will review your food diary and make recommendations on food alternatives for any food intolerances identified. You will also receive over 40 food intolerance friendly recipes. Removing foods that you are intolerant to from your diet can have a profound effect on your health.

3. Follow Up

I will review your progress towards your health goals and carry out further testing/reassess your need for supplements using the Quantum Reflex Analysis system. To ensure you maintain your new level of well-being, I will support you with further guidance on healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

A Health Evaluation Form is completed prior to this appointment. I will review the Health Evaluation Form and ask further relevant questions to ensure I have a full understanding of your baby/child’s health history and current health issues. I will assess nutrient deficiencies using the Quantum Reflex Analysis system (QRA) and will recommend supplements if needed. I will also use QRA to assess your baby for common food intolerances which can have a profound affect on their health.

I will review the Health Evaluation Form and ask further relevant questions to ensure I have a full understanding of your child’s health history and current health issues. I will assess nutrient deficiencies using Quantum Reflex Analysis kinesiology system and will recommend supplements.

2. Food Intolerance Testing Child, age 5-17 years (60 mins, approx.)

In this appointment I will test for food intolerances using Quantum Reflex Analysis system and will provide guidance on making necessary dietary changes. I will review your food diary and make recommendations on dietary changes. Removing food intolerances from your child's diet can have a profound affect on their health.

Clay Packing is an external detoxification treatment that uses highly absorbent therapeutic clays and ionized minerals to draw out deeply embedded toxins through the skin.
